By entering or using the Bullet Hole Shooting Range facility, you agree to comply with all range rules, staff instructions, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund, suspension or permanent revocation of range privileges, and, when appropriate, notification of law enforcement.
This is not a comprehensive list of range rules, each range has specific rules posted.
Service Violations
The following actions constitute violations of these Terms of Service:
Handling or discharging a firearm in an unsafe or reckless manner.
Failing to obey any instruction given by range safety officers or staff.
Pointing a firearm at any person or in any direction other than downrange.
Consuming or being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, marijuana, or any medication that impairs judgment while on the premises.
Loading or handling firearms outside designated firing areas.
Crossing the firing line without permission from range staff.
Engaging in rapid fire, or any prohibited method of shooting unless specifically authorized.
Using prohibited ammunition, firearms, targets, or accessories.
Intentionally damaging range equipment, target systems, buildings, or other property.
Failing to ensure all bullets impact the bullet stop/berm.
Removing, altering, or ignoring safety barriers, shooting tables, or warning signs.
Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward staff or other customers.
Allowing unauthorized persons to use your membership.
Photographing or recording other customers without their consent.
Bringing prohibited persons or unauthorized persons and minors onto the range.
Refusing to comply with any cease-fire or emergency command.
Littering or failing to properly dispose of spent casings, targets, or trash.
Violating any federal, state, or local firearms law while on the premises.
